Ashley Place Homeowners' Association Board Meetings

2020 Meeting Schedule

Ashley Place board meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Usually all meetings (with the exception of the annual meeting in June) take place at the Tidewater Property Management Metro Office at 12200 Tech Road, Suite 325 (for directions see below). All meetings begin at 7pm.  Due to the Covid-19 crisis all meetings are virtual until further notice.  Beginning in October 2020 meetings will be held on the 2nd Thursday of the month. 

Tanglewood Rec Board Meetings

Tanglewood Rec Association Board meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:15. For more information, including location, please see their website.

Locations and Directions

Tidewater Property Management - Metro Office

Located at 12200 Tech Road, Suite 325. To get there:

  1. From Brahms Drive, go right on Fairland Rd. towards Route 29.
  2. At Route 29, turn left.
  3. Take Route 29 approximately 2 miles and turn left at Tech Road. This should be the 2nd traffic light after turning on to Route 29.
  4. The Tidewater Office is in the office building on right. 
  5. There is ample parking.  

The Marilyn Praisner Public Library

Located at 14910 Old Columbia Pike, Burtonsville, MD 20866, 240-773-9460

  1. From Brahms Drive, go right on Fairland Road to Colesville Rd. (Route 29).
  2. Turn right onto Route 29 and go about 2 miles to the light at Greencastle.
  3. Turn left onto Greencastle.
  4. Go down to the next light and turn right onto Old Columbia Pike.
  5. Go about 1/2 mile or so and the library will be on the left.
  6. The meeting room is straight ahead and to the right as you walk through the front door.

Bulk Trash Pickup 

Two cleanup days are held each year, one in the spring and one in the fall. This is your opportunity to clean and rid your house of unwanted bulky items, such as old furniture. Please place your items on the curbside by 7 AM. Hazardous materials (paint, pesticides, flammable liquids) will not be picked up. See the detailed list below of what is and what isn't acceptable for the special pickup. Dates for the bulk pickup will be posted when they are available.

Please DO NOT place items out AFTER the pickup has been made.

To schedule a special pickup for large items that are not acceptable for the special pickup, you must telephone the Montgomery County Division of Solid Waste at 240-777-6410 by Wednesday at 9:30am to have your item picked up on the regularly scheduled day of Friday. Please do not put anything out earlier than the evening prior to a previously arranged pickup.

ANY METAL (Mont. County will pick up all metal free of charge! Residents should call the County at 311)
Construction Material (Drywall, Tile, Roof shingles, Cement, Cinder blocks, Siding, Large pieces of wood)
