"How to Improve Your Home Without Losing Your Shirt" - One of our fine residents, Deb Kumber, has been gracious enough to share a valuable consumer resource document for Ashley Place Residents. You can access this in our Valuable Information page or on the Maryland Consumer Rights Coalition web page. Thanks Deb!
In Case You Haven't Heard....homeowners fees are now collected monthly. Homeowners are now able to pay one month at a time, instead of quarterly. Detailed instructions, along with a blank payment coupon, can be found in the Forms page.
You may have noticed..... that quite a few homeowners are having extensive siding and roof work done on their homes. Some of this is due to the hail storm that raced through Tanglewood last August. You may have damage to your home and not know it. For more information, send us an email through the Contact Us page.
Please remember....to put all trash bags in trash cans (covered containers), as is required in Montgomery County. Pick-up days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling is picked up on Friday, as well.
Calling all Homeowners - The Board is seeking two additional Ashley Place homeowners who are interested in serving on the Board. If interested please send a statement of interest either through the website (contact us) or to the Site Realty Group. We are also seeking homeowners interested in serving on a sub-committee or a short term project team. Please indicate your areas of interest and as the need arises we will contact you to inquire if you are willing to serve. If you have questions about either of these opportunities send your inquiry using the contact form on the web
