Announcements -

 Rodent Problem, Trash and Recycling

The Association took some steps to curb the rodent issue in the community but as long as residents continue to feed the critters by not picking up trash we will continue to have the problem.  Please do not store food items outside – this just attracts rodents.  Also, do not put out your garbage pick-up prior to the night before pick-ups and preferably not until the morning.  Plus, garbage should be in covered containers, not those flimsy white garbage bags and should not be placed at the curb prior to 7pm the preceding evening, not days prior to garbage pick-up.  Garbage pick-up days are Tuesday and Friday, unless it is a holiday and then the day is skipped.  Do not feed the wildlife, stray animals or pets outside – that also attracts rodents.  Finally, be careful when using poisons so that pets are not harmed.  Recycling - Recycling is usually picked up on Fridays.  If a holiday occurs during the week the recycling day is shifted and recycling is picked up on Saturday.  Trash cans and recycling bins should be retrieved within twenty-four hours of the pick-up. Bulk pick-up will be scheduled for May or early June - notices will be distributed.  Bulk pick-up items will not be picked up except on the two scheduled days annually.  NO METAL! The County will recycle some items – contact the County for details.  Help to keep your community clean and rodent-free!

 Pet Waste and Leash Law

You also have the option to pay by credit card; however, this option will incurs a fee.  Please contact Tidewater Property Management for further information.
